Introduction: How to Make Avocado Toast

Want to make an easy and healthy breakfast with only a few steps? If so avocado toast will be the perfect meal for you!

Supplies

Ingredients!

1 Avocado

Oil

Sliced Bread

1 egg

Everything Bagel Seasoning (Optional)

Tools!

1 plate

1 cutting board

1 spatula

1 pan

2 small bowls

1 toaster

1 fork

1 knife

Step 1: Gather Ingredients and Tools

Make sure you have all of your ingredients and tools listed. Set them out so that they are all in one space and easily accessible.

Step 2: Cut and Pit Avocado

With your cutting board and knife, safely cut your avocado in half. Next take out the pit in the middle, and throw it away.

Step 3: Take Out Brown Spots

After disposing of the pit, take out any brown spots in the avocado.

Step 4: Prepare Avocado

To prepare your avocado, peel your avocado so that the black skin is no longer attached. Throw the black peel away. Next, place the leftover green avocado in a small bowl, and mash with a fork. Once mashed, set aside.

Step 5: Prepare Pan

To prepare your pan, place pan on stove at medium heat. Last, add a drizzle of olive oil into the pan. This will make the edges of the egg crispy while the yolk will be remain a liquid.

Step 6: Toast Sliced Bread

While the pan is heating up, place one or two pieces of sliced of bread into the toaster. Once toasted, set aside.

Step 7: Cook Egg

First crack your egg into a small bowl to insure that their will be no pieces of eggshell. Next, pour egg into heated pan. Last let your egg cook for around 2-3 minutes. Once cooked, remove pan off of heat.

Step 8: Put Prepared Avocado on Toast

Using the prepared avocado spread your desired amount onto toast.

Step 9: (Optional) Season Toast

If desired you can add Everything Bagel Seasoning. It adds more flavor overall.

Step 10: Add Egg

Finally, Add egg to the top of your avocado toast.

Step 11: Eat and Enjoy!
