Step 1:

Twist your material away from you until it kinks.

Step 2:

Now twist the top strand away from you and turn both strands toward you and repeat.

Step 3:

When you reach the end of the strands fold more material in half and add like this then keep doing the same thing from Step 2.

Step 4:

Keep doing this until its long enough.
