Introduction: How to Make Homemade Nachos

If you've ever found yourself wanting some quick and easy nachos from home, this is a great recipe to use! You can adjust the amounts of each ingredient depending on what you like or prefer.

Being a college student, I'm always looking for quick meal ideas. This recipe takes 20 minutes at most and is super tasty! And super easy to heat up the next day for leftovers!

Supplies

1 pd ground beef

1 bag of tortilla chips

1 cookie sheet

1 packet taco seasoning

1 head lettuce

2 bags Mexican cheese

1 tub sour cream

Chives (optional)

Salsa (optional)

guacamole (optional)

lime (optional)

jalapenos (optional)

tomatoes (optional)

Step 1: Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees

Step 2: Cook Ground Beef on the Stove

Season beef with taco seasoning while cooking. Be sure not to over cook the beef because it will continue to cook in the oven.

Step 3: Add Cooked Meat and Toppings Into a Glass Pan for the Oven

Put the beef in an oven safe pan then add cheese, and other toppings you may like.

Recommended: salsa, tomatoes, olives, jalapenos

Step 4: Cook for 10 Minutes

Or until cheese is fully melted

Step 5: Add Toppings!

After cooking, make sure the cheese is melted then add lettuce and sour cream. Then add tortilla chips to the side.

Recommended: Guacamole, lime

Step 6: Enjoy!
