  3. Screw will protrude from the other side
  4. Use 2x4 to cover and anchor screw

Step 2: Glue Cedar Shingles Together

  1. Take 2 cedar shingles and glue them together to make 1 piece of wood.
  2. Repeat this to make 10 to 12 pieces.

Step 3: Glue Cedar Shingles to Board

  1. Glue cedar shingles one at a time to side of board with round post top.
  2. Keep adding shingles until you have about 6 shingles on the left and right sides.

Step 4: Apply Rubber Tape

  1. Apply rubber tape to left and right side of top of board.
  2. This will make it easier to stand on the board with bare feet.

Step 5: Attach Carrying Handle

  1. Use small pieces of scrap wood and wood screws to attach to bottom of balance board.
  2. This will make it easier to move the balance board around.
  3. Stand on board to force your weak leg to work harder than normal and improve your balance.
