How to Make a Checkerboard With a Rubik's Cube

The checkerboard is one of the easiest Rubik's cube pattern to make. This is how to make it.

Step 1: The First One

Learn this step and you will know how to do the rest! Just do L2 and R2 (cube-speak for turn the left and right side of the cube twice).

Step 2: The First Two Checkerboards

With the green-blue side facing up, do U2 and D2 (cube-speak for turn the top and bottom side twice).

Step 3: The Final Turns

With the green-blue side facing up and the orange-red side facing towards you, do L2 and R2 (cube speak for turn the left and right side twice). Voilà! You have your checkerboard!
