How to Make a Flyer on Canva

So many things have gone digital. I rarely receive a birthday invitation on paper anymore or see flyers in the hallway at the school I work at. I have steadily realized instead graphics are being made digital and sent in a Facebook group or in an email.

Embedded are instructions on how to create a flyer to attach to an email or even print off.

Step 1: Step 1:

Open your preferred internet browser. I use Google Chrome.

Step 2: Step 2:

Click in the web search area and type in https://www.canva.com/.

Step 3: Step 3:

Click sign up.

Step 4: Step 4:

Click whichever service you’d like your Canva account to relate to.

Step 5: Step 5:

Click create a design in the top right-hand corner.

Step 6: Step 6:

Click flyer (5.5 x 8.5 in).

Step 7: Step 7:

Click on search 5.5 x 8.5 flyer template.

Step 8: Step 8:

Type in keywords/phrases relating to your flyer.

Step 9: Step 9:

Select a template. You can edit the font, font size, or color.

Step 10: Step 10:

Click download in the top right-hand corner.

Step 11: Step 11:

Select which type of file you wish your flyer to be converted to. Do this by clicking below the words “file type”.

Step 12: Step 12:

Select download.

Step 13: Step 13:

Your file should now pop up on the bottom of your computer screen and be downloaded into your files.
