This is a tutorial on how to build a Minecraft nether portal

Step 1: Materials

The materials you will need are:

-Obsidian (Crying Obsidian will NOT work)

-Flint & Steel or Fire Charge

Step 2: Bottom Frame

First, lay down four blocks of obsidian.

Step 3: Sides

Then place 4 blocks of obsidian up from each side of the bottom frame.

Step 4: Top Frame

Then add 4 blocks of obsidian on the top.

Step 5: Activating the Portal

After that, add flint & steel or fire charge to the inside of the structure.

Step 6: Finished!

This is what your finished product should look like! Step inside and Enjoy! Here you can come by a Bastion Remnant or a Nether Fortress. To come back just walk through the portal again!
