Introduction: How to Make a Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

I made this to show others the simplicity of making a smoothie.

Supplies

You want to use a blender of your choice, 1 banana, peanut butter, Greek yogurt, protein of your choice, and a bag of ice.

Step 1: Ice

Fill the blender cup half way with grocery store ice.

Step 2: Greek Yogurt

Next, put two heaping tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the blender cup.

Step 3: Peanut Butter

Then, add two tablespoons of peanut butter into the blender cup.

Step 4: Protein Powder and Banana

Next, add two small scoops of protein powder into the blender cup. Then, cut the banana in two and add it to the smoothie cup.

Step 5: Lid

Then, screw the blender lid onto the blender cup.

Step 6: Screw Onto the Base

Next, screw in onto the base of the blender until it clicks on

Step 7: Turn It On

Once secured, turn it on and set it to medium and let it blend for about 20 seconds.

Step 8: Blending

As it starts to blend it should start to look like this.

Step 9: Finished!
