Introduction: How to Make a Sorting Machine

In this tutorial we see how we can build a sorting machine in two colors, black and white, with the display of the number of white, black and total parts.

Step 1: What We Will Need

  1. Arduino UNO board
  2. Push button
  3. Infrared module
  4. Reed switch
  5. 2x1k resistors
  6. Oled display
  7. 2x servo motors
  8. Visuino software

Step 3: Upload the Code With Visuino Software

Strat Visuino and upload the code. Upload code in Arduino I recommend watching the video before uploading
 the code to Arduino.Software is free version,

Step 4: Test Project, Execution Ideas

At this point we connect the components according to the diagram.In this stage the mechanisms are assembled, the   device is calibrated and tested some assembly ideas you have in the photo. Obviously, different constructive ideas can be approached, depending on one's imagination.


Step 5: Start the Device

at this point we power the device, supply the tube with parts and press the START button. At this point, the device will perform sorting movements of the parts depending on the color and the two operating modes, as shown in the    video.
