Introduction: How to Make the Perfect Smoothie Without Dairy
I love smoothies and they are a great healthy start to your day. So for the breakfast speed challange I made my favorite smoothie of them all. It is delicious and healthy. It is simple and easy to make I hope you try it out to see what I am talking about. Here is how to make it.
Supplies
You will need:
1 cup of mixed berries
1/4 cup of cherries
1 medium sized banana
1/2 cup of canned Coconut milk
2 tablespoons of coconut water
Whipped topping (optional)

Step 1: First
First add all your fruits together and blend them up. This will make sure that the smoothies will not have huge chunks of fruit in them.
Step 2: Next
Now add your coconut milk and coconut water to the blender. You can add a packet of stevia to but you do not need to. Then pulse until completely combined.
Step 3: Finally
Now pour into a cup and add your whipped topping and a straw. And now yoy can enjoy!
