This is a quick and easy way to provide several degrees of frost protection for your garden vegetables. The technique uses plastic cups, standard trash bags and wet towels.

Looks like a good idea EXCEPT wetting the towel. Water evaporating from it reduces it's temp. I'd just put rocks on the towel to keep it from blowing away.
