How to Replace Neopost IJ25 Ink Cartridge

Doing a Neopost IJ25 Ink cartridge reset can be tricky if you haven't replaced your ij25 ink cartridge before. However we have put together this guide to help out and get the job done quickly.

Step 1: Changing the Cartridge

1. Press the Menu Button on your ij25 franking machine.

2. Press the arrows on your Neopost IJ-25 until you reach Cartridge and click OK.

3. From this sub menu, go to Remove and click OK.

4. Lift the front flap and open the blue catch.

5. Pull out the old Neopost IJ25 Ink cartridge.

6. Get your new Franking Machine IJ-25 Ink Cartridge, remove the protective strip and place the cartridge back in the machine then close the blue catch.

7. Close the front flap, click OK and wait.

8. The IJ-25 machine will then ask you to place an item in.

9. After putting a letter through the machine it will ask you about the alignment.

10. Choose the straightest number, click that number on the machine, then click OK.

Your cartridge is now ready to use.
