Step 1: Dissemble the Rods From the Foosball Table

The first thing that you need to do is to

disassemble the rods from the table. This isn't as tricky as what you might think. And, depending on the type of table that you have, it can take from one to five minutes to take the rod with the broken man out.

Every table’s rod is installed differently. And, you need to make sure that you use the user manual for removing the rod if needed. Especially, if you never have removed a rod before.

Step 2: Removing the Pins and the Broken Man

With the rod out of the table, you need to remove the pins and the men, until you have reached the broken man. Replacing it, and sliding the pins and other men back.

Step 3: Replace the Man and the Pins If Needed

Now, you are just replacing the man and the pins around the man if needed. Most professionals are recommending that you are replacing the pins as well because it might be already damaged.

You should also make sure that you are replacing the man perfectly to where the broker man was. If you are inserting it incorrectly, gameplay will not be the same anymore. There are normally signs where the old foosball man was inserted.

Step 4: Place the Rod Back to the Table and Enjoy Another Couple of Years of Playing Foosball

The last step is to replace the rod back to the table. You should be careful not to bend the rod while you are putting it back. This is where the wooden bracer block comes in handy. Giving you the support to insert the rod, without any chance of bending the rod. A bent rod can’t be used anymore.

You normally would insert the rod the same way that you took it out.
