How to Shell an Egg (the Easy Way)

I learned this trick to shelling an egg from a shepherd in Kyrgyzstan.

Step 1: Tap 1

Tap the first side against a hard surface to make a small crack.

Step 2: Peel 1

Peel a few fragments off the end to make a round opening.

Step 3: Tap 2

Tap the other side against a hard surface to make another small crack.

Step 4: Peel 2

Peel a few fragments off the other end to make another round opening.

Step 5: Blow

Place your lips around one hole and blow. The egg should pop right out leaving the shell behind.
