Introduction: How to Solve a Pyraminx

The Pyraminx is one of the easiest cubes that exist. In this instructable I will show you how to solve a Pyraminx in 3 steps.

Supplies

Things needed:

  • Your working mind

Step 1: Solve a Surface

In this instructable I'am going to work with the green surface. You also can do this with every other surface .

First of all you must solve the green surface. You must do this without algorithms.

Step 2: Longest Step

In the first picture you see how with direction you have to turn. The i stand for inversed.

If you have the green surface, you must turn the Pyraminx like in picture 2 and do the algorithm L RI LI R. After that you have to turn the Pyraminx from picture 3 to picture 4. Then you must do the algorithm LI R L R. This algorithm you have to repeat until you become the result like in picture 5.

Step 3: Last Step

Now you have to put one corner on the right place and do the algorithm R U Ri U. Repeat this until you have all the corners are right (picture 1). It could be that you must turn the hole top to place the corner right.

Step 4: Done!
