The fourth step in solving a Rubik's Cube is to get the cross in on top.
The algorithm to perform is F, T, R, Ti, Ri, Fi
Follow the sequence that I have outlined on the dry erase board. Go from the center piece to a line of pieces. Then have two pieces at a right angle to eachother in the top left area of the cube. Then get in the full cross.
