How to Start a Car With a Flat Battery With a Jump Pack

How to jump start a car

Step 1:

Pop the bonnet lever in the car, normally located half way down between the foot pedals and steering wheel.

Step 2:

Lift the bonnet up and put the safety arm in place to hold the bonnet open.

Step 3:

Get the battery jump pack, put the red positive lead on to the red battery terminal on the battery. then put the black negative lead on to the negative terminal.

Step 4:

Turn the battery jump pack on, hop into the car and start like normal

Step 5:

Hop back out of the car, take the positive lead off first then the black. Turn off battery jump pack. take out the safety arm and close the bonnet down
