Supplies

A good handheld water bottle or Running Vest

At least two pairs of running shoes

Good Running Bra (Females)

Nutrition

Step 1:

Training schedule for a 50k (Ultramarathon)!

Step 2:

You will need to strength train on days you are not running!

Step 3:

Learn from your training mistakes. Do not try anything new on race day! Remember to have a great time!

Step 4:

Show off what you have accomplished and be proud of yourself!

Step 5:

Eat some food, have a drink, and take a nap!
