How to Use Tensimeter

Today we will tell you how to use Tensimeter at home

Step 1: The Procedure

First the Doctor always tells the patient about the procedure and wait for confirmation from the patient

Step 2: Use the Tensimeter

After receiving approval from the patient, then use the tensimeter in their arm whether in their right or left arm

Step 3: Place to Use the Tensimeter

Put the tensimeter above the elbow line,And then use the stethoscope and place it directly above the brachial artery

Step 4: Start Pumping

Next is start pumping the tensimeter until the needle shows the number 160 and you hear a sound frome your stethoscope,and keep pumping until the sound is no more

Step 5: Result

Next turn the scrub slowly dan listen for a 2 sound,the first sound is sistol and the needle point at 120 and the second sound is diastol and the needle point at 80,but if the needle point above 120/80 it means the patient have a hipertensi and if the needle point under 120/80 it mean they have hipotensi
