You need only two seconds to solve the Samsung's idiosyncrasy towards the MKV format, simply rename the file from .MKV to .AVI.

Example:

  • enter in command line
  • CD to desired directory
  • type: REN *.MKV *.AVI or REN xxxxx.MKV xxxxx.AVI
