Introduction: How to Wind a Bobbin

In this instructable, I'm going to show you how to wind your bobbin! :)

Supplies

You are going to need:

  • A Sewing Machine
  • Empty Bobbin
  • Full Thread
  • Scissors

Step 1: How to Wind a Bobbin

  1. Place spool of thread on the spool pin
  2. Push the bobbin winder pin to the far left if it is not already there
  3.  Pass the thread from the spool through the thread guide
  4. from inside, pass the thread through the small hole in the rim of the bobbin
  5. Place the bobbin into the bobbin winder
  6. Push the bobbin winder to the right
  7. Holding thread end, step on foot pedal to run the machine until the wanted amount of thread is wound
  8. Now your bobbin is ready to use! :)
