Introduction: How to Get a Good Sleep

OK this is my plan too get a good sleep at night . it works great for me ( i hope  it works for you ) so enjoy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
1 put on your pajamas .
2 take your socks and shoes off .
3 Warm a cup of milk in the microwave ( do it until warm ) and then eat it
4 take your bed and make shore its all soft and puffy
5 putt some lite classical music like sleep away and putt the sleep timer to 45 min
6 turn the lights off jump on your bed just wait and your body will do the rest
