Introduction: How to Install a LED Motorcycle Headlight

Here it is! A new LED headlight for motorcycles with high performance 4D LED projector lens, CCFL Angel eye and Devil Eye. It can be applied to many models: Motor bike and Sports Bike / Cruiser / Chopper, such as Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha, Aprilia. The dimension is 2.75 inch overall diameter and 4.25 inch long. Working perfectly under the 12V DC, it has excellent high beam and low beam lighting effect. The overall luminous flux is about 2200lumen. Then how to install it? Following the steps below:

Step 1: ​Step 1: Dismantle the Original Headlight From Motorcycle and Watch Out Damaging the Mounting Snaps.

Step 2: Step 2: Warm Up the Glued Protective Cover and Remove With a Flat Blade Screwdriver

Step 3: Step 3: Separate the Dust Cover and the Headlight Housing

Step 4: Step 4: Separate the Headlight Into 2 Pieces, Insert the Front Piece at the Front Side of the Headlight Housing, Pull All Wires Through the Hole.

Step 5: Step 5: Install the Back Side Behind the Housing and Screw It Tightly

Step 6: Step 6: Connect the Power, and Test the Lighting Effect of High Beam/low Beam/angel Eye/devil Eye. Finally Seal the Cover.

Enjoy the lighting changes with the tiny switch. The CCFL inverter has two wires, red is for the positive polar, black is to connect the negative polar. The drive controller has 4 wires, complicated? Easy, connect the green wire to negative and the brown wire to positive/devil eye. Then the white and blue wires are separately for low beam and high beam.
