Step 1: Download Gateway 3ds 2.3b Omega Kernel

Download the latest gateway cart omega kernel version 2.3b from here.
Extract the file, go to folder "gateway_omega_v2.3_private_beta" → "Blue Card (R4i)"
Copy all the files and folders to the root of one of your microsd card.
Go to folder "GW_OMEGA_2.3_PRIVATE_BETA"
Copy the launcher.dat to the SD card with comes with your Nintendo 3DS console

Step 2: Boot Into Gateway Mode

Insert the microsd card with blue card kernel into the gateway bundled blue card, insert the blue gateway cart to the 3ds, turn the 3ds on, click the icon
