Introduction: How to Make a Green Screen Video From an App

In this instructable I will show you how to make and use a green screen for making photos and videos. There are several green screen apps out there you can use to get the right effect.

Materials Needed:

  • Video recording device (could be iPod, iPad, or iPhone)
  • Green butcher paper
  • Good lighting

Step 2: Stand in Front of Green Screen

Step 3: Follow the Directions in Your App

Many times you will tap the green space in the background to adjust the effect.

You also need to import the video you want to use, or choose one provided by the app.

If you need to download a video off of Youtube for the background, first find the video. Next, try typing "ss" directly before the word "youtube" in the url.

You can import your green screen movie into iMovie to polish it off!
