How to Make a Candle Out of an Orange (2)

This instructable will show you how to make a candle out of some common household items. 

Step 1: Things You Need

-Orange
-Knife
-Olive oil
-Lighter or matches

Step 2:

-Cut the orange in half

Step 3:

-Pull out the fruit pieces, leaving the center column in tacked

Step 4:

-Pour a small amount of olive oil into the orange
-Be sure to get center column wet, as this will serve as the candle wick

Step 5:

-Light the ‘wick’, and your candle is ready to go!

Step 6:

-Place candles in a bowl of water for safety, as well as for a cool looking orange glow!
