How to Make a Firecracker

Hi, this is my first instructable. This will teach you how to make a pretty loud firecracker, really easy. I TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT YOU DO WITH THIS INFO.

Step 1: What You Need

To make this firecracker, you will need:

A fuse (I used a sparkler)
Masking tape
Electric tape
Cap gun caps
Scissors
A plate

Step 2: Chopping the Cap Gun Caps

Okay, once you have all of your supplies, you will need to get the powder from your cap gun caps. To get the powder, you need to get into the powder chamber. Be careful getting into this small chamber, sometimes the caps will go off, and will start a chain reaction thing, lighting off all of your other cap gun powder. This is what your powder will look like when finished:

Step 3: Making a Cup for Your Powder

Okay, grab your fuse, and wrap a small piece of masking tape around it so it looks like a cup. This will be for holding your powder. It should look like this:

Step 4: Adding Your Powder

put the powder into the cup, so that it is touching the little bit of fuse. try not to get alot on the edges. it should look like this:

Step 5: FOLDING

Fold it in half, so the powder is inside of the tape tightly.

Step 6: Cut Off Acess Tape

Cut off the access tape with no caps inside it.

Step 7: Finishing Your Firecracker

Wrap your firecracker in electrical tape, as tight as you can.
