Step 1:

For this origami, you need a long piece of paper.
Glue or tape
Your message

Step 2:

Fold the paper in half diagonally from the top right corner to left. Cut the triangle off.

Step 3:

Fold the paper in half. Now grab each end and bring it to the crease.

Step 4:

Glue or tape this.

Step 5:

Hold the paper as if you were to put your message in it. Now tape or glue the first slit downwards. Now its completed. Put your message in it and glue or tape the last slit shut.

Step 6:

It should look a bit like this.
