2.cup full of water
3.glow paint
4.spoon
5.glue stick lid (from a small one)

Step 1:
mix the glow paint and water at a 75% water 25% paint mix very well this is key you dont want it to settle to the botom
Step 2:
fill botle with glow water
put glue cap in botle not all the way you want to plug it your done yo should let sit in sun fore a hour or two
