The video demonstrates how to tie a two-strand and an extended/lengthened two-strand Matthew Walker knot, knots #s 776 and 777 in 'The Ashley Book of Knots'. They can be made even longer, but I usually just keep them short with paracord lanyards/fobs/zipper pulls as shown in the video.

Nice. I have used the Matthew Walker Knot (6 strand) for many years but have never used the two strand. Not a big fan of paracord for this because it collapses flat, I prefer a braided line that keeps its round profile, makes for a more defined knot.
