A simple Remote tester to check all types of Remote hand sets.


This simple remote tester can be a good tool to check whether a remote hand set is working or not.

Step 1: SCHEMATICS

Step 2: DEMO OF REMOTE WORKING(trick 1)

FROM LEFT PICTURE WE CAN SAY THAT AFTER PRESSING THE TV REMOTE ,LED IS NOT GLOWING THAT MEANS THE REMOTE IS NOT WORKING.

FROM RIGHT PICTURE WE CAN SAY THAT AFTER PRESSING THE TV REMOTE,LED IS GLOWING

THAT MEANS THE REMOTE IS WORKING

Step 3: TRICK -2

The main technology used in home remote controls is infrared (IR) light. The signal between a remote
control handset and the device it controls consists of pulses of infrared light, which is invisible to the human eye but can be seen through a digital camera, video camera or a phone camera.

so the left picture shows that while pressing button IR light(violet) can be seen using camera.
