Introduction: Ikea Side Table Hack.

This is my first instructable. I had a party and made a big table with the Vika legs and then had the cutting board on the table for the party.

Step 1: Step 1

Materials. Get 2 ikea Vika table legs. They are 10 dollars each.  So you have 20 bucks in legs and a Lampig cutting board. This is also 10 dollars. Total table cost is 30+ tax.

Step 2: Assemble

Well I havent permanently fixed the legs together yet. I am thinking of sandblasting them and changing the color or having them welded. After you get the legs together you can drill 2 holes in the top of the legs, through those holes you will attach the cutting board to the legs. I was going to do only one leg but I had two and figrued it would look cool.

Step 3: YOUR DONE!

Its quick and easy and they look great. If you could chrome these after welding or attachment they would be amazing. was considering using a hacksaw and JB weld. What do you think?  What should I do to make the leg configuration permanent?
