Introduction: Immune-Boosting Chocolate Truffles
These chocolate truffles are not only delicious, but they are also sugar-free, immune boosting and ridiculously easy to make! So why not take a few minutes and try out this recipe.
Step 1: Ingredients
Ingredients: . 1 cup of cocoa powder . 1 cup medjool dates (finely chopped) . 4 tablespoons of honey (preferably manuka) . 1/4 tablespoon sea salt . Powdered sugar, sprinkles or bee pollen granules sprinkle over the finished truffles . UnBEElievable Health Bee Prepared Immune Support (or another immune boosting supplement) Makes approximately 16 truffles
Step 2: Mixture
Mix chopped dates, cocoa, honey and salt in a bowl until it forms a thick dough.
Step 3: Bee Prepared
Next, break open one of the Bee Prepared capsules and pour out the powder. Then mix.
Step 4: Forming the Truffles
Take the dough and roll it into small balls.
Step 5: Final Touches
To finish off, dip the truffles into powdered sugar, cocoa, sprinkles, bee pollen granules or whatever you fancy. Not only does this enhance the flavor but it greatly improves the appearance of the chocolates.
Step 6: Finished

You can make this recipe vegan by not adding bee propolis and using xylitol as a sweetener instead of honey.
