Introduction: Indian - Mint Sherbet/ Pudina Drink

Mint sherbet is my favorite. Mint is commonly known as pudina in India. Mint sherbet is made from mint leaves purely and some basic ingredients. Let me tell you this mint sherbet is healthy and refreshing. You can store this mint sherbet in the fridge and drink according to your mood. The best part is it is made instantly even kid can make them within few minutes. Lets turn this summer into energetic ang refreshing!

LET'S BEGIN

  • Prep time- 10 min
  • Total time- 10 min

Step 1: INGREDIENTS

  • Mint leaves – ½ cup,
  • sugar – ½ tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Black salt – 1 teaspoon
  • Roasted cumin powder – 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Lemon juice – 1 ½ tablespoons
  • Chilled water – 3 cups

Step 2: Take Mint/pudina Leaves

Firstly separate mint leaves from stem. Wash them nicely keep aside.

Step 3: Add All Ingredients

Combine all ingredients into a processor jar. Grind into processor until all blends well.

Take a mesh strainer strain the mixture. Discard the leftover pulp with Strainer.

Step 4: See What You Have Made!

Now serve into glasses with some ice-cubes. Garnish with slices of lime.
