Step 1: Strip Cable Jacket

Step 2: Align Wires

Position wires in the slots of the load bar according to desired wiring scheme, the color coding of T-568A/B wiring are labelled on the side of the load bar

Step 3: Trim Excess Wires

Step 4: Close the Load Bar And... DONE!

The wires are connected by the IDC terminals as the load bar is closed.
