3.Banana essence or any essence you like

    I'm have little experience in cooking. How much of each ingredient do I use? What will that yield--how many balls does the recipe make?

    I don't see a response to a question posted by another DIYer. Please respond to both of us!

    Hi grammyjean!

    If you watch the video, she adds a capful plus a tad more of banana essence, to what looks like a 'packet' of shredded coconut. I guess it has to be the individual's preference on this one.

    She then adds enough condensed milk to get the coconut to bind - starting by adding a little and mixing with a spoon, then adding some more till it comes together. Some recipes, like working with concrete, can't really have pre-specified amounts of ingredients... Hope this helps :)

    i used 300gm of coconut,It depends on how much it will need to bind the coconut and 1,1/2 caps of banana essence or any essence you like..
