Idli is a south Indian savory cake popular throughout India. The cakes are usually two to three inches in diameter and are made by steaming a batter.
To make batter:
Semolina/Rava/Suji- 1.5 cup
Curd- 1/2 cup
Water- 1-1.5 cup approx
To make instant IDLI add 1 TBSP of fruit salt to the batter just before pouring this batter in your moulds
