How to Make My Jaw Bone Knife

I have only made 2 knives prior to this one and this is one of my best. I make my knives out of old circular saw blades. The old blades are so much better because the steel is made from quality materials. As far as designing them, i sketch out different designs and single out my favorites. There's only one picture because I already made it and didn't take pictures. But i will describe it good.
I will make an instructable with pics next knife I make.

Step 1: Choosing Your Materials

For this project you need a couple hours, preferably a weekend.
Materials Needed
-Angle Grinder with Cutting Wheel
-Files
-Coarse and Fine Sandpaper
-Old Circular Saw blade
-Piece of Bone
-Drill
-Galvanized Metal
-Clamps
-Glue(your choice)
-Leather string for lanyard(optional)

Step 2: Designing the Blade

Im not really gonna show you how to draw a knife blade, because this is your project, you can make it however you want. Just make sure that the knife has a tang(piece that goes into handle).

Step 3: Cutting Out Your Blade

So, once you have your knife blade, you need to clamp it to a work bench or something you feel comfortable with. You should have cut out and traced your design on to the saw blade. Use the cutting wheel attachment on the angle grinder to carefully cut out the shape that you traced on the saw blade. Take your time! If you rush it you will possibly skim right across the metal, making your knife look bad. When you have it cut out, lightly mist it with a garden hose. Now you are ready to file

Step 4: Filing

Now, you must clean up the blade using a file, there will be a lot of burrs, so file them down. These are sharp, so don't cut your self. File as much as you want, or as much as you think you need. To file, slide it,don't just go up and down, this will scratch it. File a rough edge on the blade...

Step 5: Sanding and Sharpening

You can sand it the way you want to, i like to sand in little circles with 150 grit to get a cool looking design on it but you can do what you want.

For a sharpener, I use a Lansky. It great a gets a very sharp edge on it.
You can use anything though.

Step 6: Inserting the Blade

Drill a hole where you want you lanyard if you have one. Then drill a slightly smaller hole into where you want your blade to be. Fill the hole with glue of your choice and firmly push the tang end of your blade in, wipe off the excess and wait for it to dry.Cut a piece of galvanized metal and bend it around the handle and glue the edges. wait for it to dry....

Step 7: Showcase It

Show it off, not in public though
