Simple soldering station and cleaning tool made from a clip board and a leg from a pair of jeans.

Supplies

Clip board, can be standard 12 inch size or mini 6 inch. Leg from cut off jeans. When you make "cut-offs", ( know as Daisy Dukes in some circles) you end up with a spare lower leg part.

Step 1: Cut Jeans

Take jeans leg, fold to fit clip board

Step 2: Attach to Clipboard

Clip the folded jeans leg to clip board and use to clean your soldering iron. Ring at top of clip board can be used as a soldering iron stand.
