Jewlery Holder

Introduction: Jewlery Holder

This is used to hang all types of jewelry including earrings, rings, necklaces and bracelets.

What did you make?
I made a jewelry hanger to keep all of my jewelry organized.

How did you make it?
I made it using a creative cardboard box and some twine.

Where did you make it?
I made it at home. It connected to other activities in my life because I have been making a lot of DIY projects and organizing things.

What did you learn?
I learned that problems come up that are unexpected and that plans change. Originally, I planned to not use the twine in the middle and hang things on the frame but I later realized that it would be easier to have the twine in the middle as well.

Step 1: Cardboard

Get a piece of cardboard. It can have a fun pattern or you can paint it if you choose!

Step 2: Cutting the Frame

Cut the frame out of the cardboard using a sharp razor or scissors. Please do this safely and with adult supervision. You may want to ask a parent to do this step for you. You can make one or two frames to hang the jewelry on.

Step 3: Make the Jewelry Holders and Wall Hanger

Use some strong twine to make hangers. Tie a piece on each side of the top to make a wall hanger. Tie as many pieces as you wish from each side to create a place to hang the jewelry.

Step 4: Hang It!

Hang it on the wall and place jewelry on the hangers. You can use the middle to put any sharp earrings on the holder.

Way to adapt to the changing circumstances of your build. Also, I bet there are now flat surfaces no longer littered with jewelry. Good for you and your room. :D
