Introduction: Kevin Brauch's - the Best Chocolate Beer Cocktail... Ever

Warning: Faster, Better, Stronger, and Tastier than Candy! (not for children... try this at home... batteries not included.)

The Glossette Cocktail

THE HARD STUFF:

1.5 oz Canadian Whisky (if you like sweeter cocktails you can use Bourbon, if you like a more pronounced flavour why not try Scotch)

1/2 oz Crème de Cacao liquor

6 oz Flavourful Brown Ale (we are using Spearhead Moroccan Brown Ale with flavours of dried fruit, cinnamon)

NOTE: One bottle of beer will make 2 cocktails - be greedy or invite a friend over to share in the fun!

Optional ingredient: 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters

THE HARD TRUTH:

Mix Whisky and liqueur together over ice to chill. Strain into chilled "pilsner" or "lager" glass. Top with beer. Serve and enjoy!

Notice the incredible aroma of an old-fashioned candy store!

Optional garnish of chocolate covered raisins on side of glass or as a small offering on the side.
