Knock Down Mini Table

My life often to move to stay in others city by city, changing new apartment and move things to new apartment is a tried job. So my concept is to make the remove able or easy disassemble table. this table can packed in box and move more easier.

This table top side can remove able also the leg can dissemble into box which easy to carry on every where.

Step 1: Step 1. Design

Design the table on paper then use 3D Design for planning the material.

Material List

1.wood

2.Nut & Bolts

3.flat metal plate with holes drilled (use to connect the wood together)

Step 2: Step 2. Make the Table Top

measure wood then cut in size as in plan, connect each top table wood by flat metal plate by screws

Step 3: Step 3.Connect Table Legs

use C clamp to hold table leg with table frame, drill through The table legs & Table rim and connect with bolts & nuts

Step 4: Step 4.Sand All Table Surface

I use No.60 sand paper to grind all table surface then use No.250 to finished the table surface grind.

Step 5: Step 5.Vanish the Table

use tiner + pine wood Vanish (matt) to vanish all the table then use No.2000 sand paper rub away all the bur.

This table top side can remove able also the leg can dissemble into box which easy to carry on every where.
