Introduction: Laptop Charger Manager

About: A wood craft, electronics & programming hobbyist

In this Project a "Laptop charger manager" has been made. If you have more than 3-4 laptops then their chargers will also be there and managing them on a small table becomes a very heavy and hectic task because their wires bother a lot, so for this I have made a laptop charger manager in this video which Can help a lot in managing these chargers and their wires.

Supplies

Requirements:

1) Rectangular wood Frame [Size 27cm X 20cm X 3.5 cm]

2) MDF Board [Size 27cm X 21.5cm X 0.5 cm] Qty- 2

3) Small hinges Qty- 2

4) Rubber or plastic stopper Qty- 4

5) Small neodymium magnet Qty- 2

6) Tools like Drill machine, files, hammer, fevikwik, screws, screw driver etc.

Step 1:

First make a Rectangular wood Frame with Size [ 27cm X 20cm X 3.5 cm].

Step 2:

Then add one MDF sheet at one side with screws and stick 3 MDF stripes with gap size (5.5cm - to 7.5cm) on the MDF sheet. All laptop chargers approximately have 4-5cm in width.

Step 3:

Make 3 grooves in Rectangular wood Frame on both sides of length to fit wires of chargers from both side.

Step 4:

Make holes in both MDF sheet as per showing in the video or picture, so that heat of charger can pass outside.

Step 5:

Apply small hinges as shown.

Step 6:

Apply solid rubber or plastic stopper with fevikwik as shown on bottom corners.

Step 7:
