Here's a spicy and delicious meal that is very simple to make. This is a twist on Pasta Bolloco, usually made with chicken. If your family loves green chile, this will be a big hit!

STEP 1: Ingredients

For this recipe you will need the following:

3 cups cooked turkey, cut up into bite size pieces (or 1 rotisserie chicken)

6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

2 jars Alfredo sauce (18-20 oz each)

uncooked lasagna noodles

1 cup roasted, peeled and chopped green chile, or 2 small cans

STEP 2: Layer Ingredients

Turn Crock pot on low. Pour 1/2 jar of Alfredo sauce in the bottom of the crock pot.

Place a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles over sauce.

Place 1 cup of the turkey over pasta.

Place 1/3 cup of the green chile over turkey.

Sprinkle 1/3 of the mozzarella over green chile.

Top with 1/2 jar of Alfredo sauce.

Repeat and continue layering ingredients, ending with sauce.

STEP 3: Cook

Cook on low for 4 hours. Do not stir.

Serve with garlic bread.

serves 6-8 people.

might make this with out the chilies but looks good otherwise!

I think sliced mushrooms would be a good substitute for the green chile.
