Mrs. Tinker is spending a lot of time coding and applying for software engineering jobs on the laptop, so we wanted to ergonomically set it up. Enter the laptop stand you see above. It is flat-pack for portability and the height is adjustable. I do admit it is a bit wobbly, but it it supported my 15" laptop (~5.4 pound).

Supplies:

0.1" plywood

Step 1: Laser Cut the Files

You might want to rearrange the pieces to share sides to use less material and laser cutting time.

Step 2: Assemble the Pieces

The notches with round edges was designed to guide the pieces into each other. The two "extension feet" add few more inches to the height of the laptop stand and moving it to a different slot will adjust the height of the stand farther.
