Teams and Zoom has become a part of many people's lives at work. While doing that I thought I might as well make it a headphone stand. I designed a super stylish headphone stand that is simple to make and works well.  This is an easy project requiring very little handy work. I hope you learn a lot and enjoy it. We used plywood of (4mm) to make this stand .now get started -;)

Supplies

  • Plywood (4mm)
  • Glue stick
  • Clipper  

Step 1: Draw the Diagram

In order to make the headphone stand first of all we make a sketch or design in our mind for the stand and draw it on coral draw like this.

Step 2: Cut the Plywood With CNC Laser Cutting Machine

After drawing the diagram we cut it with a 100w machine with a speed of 25mm/s and power of 45%. The stand consists of two parts base (with 3 layers ) and the stand (with 3 layers).

Step 3: Assemble

we joined the stand(4mm) from one to another and press it with clippers to fix them well.


Step 4: 1st Base

Now we arranged the first base and put the stand between them.

Step 5: Final Assembly

Like this and then we take another base and fix it with glue and press it for that they joined well.

The stand is ready and here it's final look and it looks a lot nicer.
