Introduction: Lata - Pesas
Las latas de refrescos deben reciclarse. La mayor parte de las veces el reciclado no nos beneficia en nada a nosotros, aunque sí al planeta. Una forma de obtener beneficio del reciclado de las latas, es darles otra utilidad. En el Instructivo de hoy veremos como se puede fabricar una sencillas pesas para Fitness con una latas vacías.

Insert the tube or timber and let dry. Wait at least 24 hours. Repeat with the other two cans.step 4 increasing weightStandard mortar are achieved weights about 1 kg ( about 2.2 pounds) If you want to increase the weight, we can also fill the tube and add stones or pieces of metal to fill. Step 1: Materiales
Necesitamos:
. Cuatro latas de refrescos o cerveza (según gustos)
. Dos trozos de tubo de PVC de 29mm diámetro o similar. También es válida la madera.
. 8 clavos o tornillos de 3x35 mm.
. Mortero en polvo. (También cemento y arena. 1/4 cemento + 3/4 arena)
. Agua para amasar el mortero
Step 2: Preparacion De Las Latas
Con un abrelatas, quitamos la parte de la lata donde está la anilla. Alisamos los bordes con unos alicates universales. No es necesario esmerarse mucho ya que quedarán tapados por el mortero. y no es peligroso.
Hacemos unos agujeros en los extremos del tubo y pasamos unos tornillos o clavos formando una cruz. El objetivo es que, al secar el mortero la unión con el tubo o madera, sea fuerte y no se desprenda con el uso.
Step 3: Amasado Del Mortero Y Rellenado.
Amasamos el mortero y rellenamos dos de las cuatro latas. Introducimos el tubo o madera y dejamos secar. Transcurridas 24h. repetimos la operación con las otras dos latas.
Step 4: Para Aumentar El Peso
Con mortero estándar, se consiguen pesas de alrededor de 1 Kg. Si queremos aumentar el peso, podemos rellenar también el tubo y añadir piedras o trozos de metal al rellenar. Finalmente si queremos pesos extremos, podemos usar latas de conservas de mayor tamaño. ¡A disfrutar!

es verdad, el google deja muchisimo que desear, por suerte a mi me ayuda un amigo que sabe mucho de ingles, sino esta, me las arregle con lo poco que me acuerdo, igualmente estoy practicando ingles leyendo los libros de ingenieria que estan en ingles, que son lo peor del ingles tecnico
