2. Leather Punch
3. Pen
4. Scissors
5. Velcro
6. Rivets

8. Key ring with clip
Step 2: Cutting the Leather Out
NOTE: This travel case is for 4 thumb drives
Cut out two 3 1/2" squares of leather

Punch holes on the 3 1/2" squares with the photos
I punches 5 holes along the sides and three to fit the 2 1/4" piece from earlier.
On the 2 1/2" strip punch 5 holes to fit the square pieces
Rivet together the pieces

Once riveted together flip the leather.
Take the 5" X 2 1/4" and rivet it to the square pieces bending it to make pockets with rivets
Step 6: Hot Glue!
Hot glue the bottom of the pockets so the thumb drives don't fall out
Step 7: Attaching the Key Ring
On the inside, take the pin and mark where you would like the ring to be placed
Punch holes with the leather punch and loop the ring through
Step 8: Attaching the Velcro
Take two velcro squares and stick them to the pockets
Check to see if they stick together right
Step 9: Put in Your Thumb Drives!
Check to see if everything lines up and use your thumb drive!
Enjoy your carrying case!

Awesome work and looks really good. Definitely giving this one a go but a little bigger so it could be a potion bottle holder for LARP ;-)
Only thing I'd do different is the pocket that the USB stick goes in too. I wouldn't just glue it because eventually that glue will wear off and split open and out drops the USB stick.
But if you were to cut an upside down V at the bottom of the leather pockets and then stitch the bottom of the pocket to the back piece that way it will never drop out.

great ideas! I honestly was going to rivet the bottom but ran out of rivets so I had to hot glue them. Once I order more I'll rivet the bottom so it won't come loose, as you said. Thanks for the comment!!

oh ye riveting would do the trick and would probably look better, more in keeping with everything and also a lot faster than hand stitching. Nice one :-)
