Lemon Juice Salad
Intro: Lemon Juice Salad
This salad is healthy, delicious, and nutritious! It is tangy, too.
You'll need:
Nuts (Walnuts are healthier, but pecans are great too!)
2 Mushrooms
Half of a lemon
and anything that would compliment these ingredients! (Like strawberry. That would be really good)
Slivered almonds would also be a good nut choice.
This recipe is quite simple, yet is packed with flavor.

STEP 1: Chop the Nuts.

STEP 2: The Mushrooms
Cut them into flat pieces.
Cut them again in half.
Cut them again in half.
STEP 3: Plates!
Find a plate. Put your lettuce mix on it. Hand mix the nuts and mushrooms into it.
STEP 4: Lemons!
Squirtz the lemon onto the salad. The more juice, the more sour it'll be so be careful! Make sure you don't pucker up while eating this.

I just did this over the weekend, it's really good. I like to add a little olive oil and black pepper, too. :D
