Supplies
You Need
EL Wire (Any Colour) You can use the one I used here it comes in all colours https://www.amazon.com/Lychee-Neon-Light-Wire-Batt...
Scissors or a Drill
Anonymous Mask or a mask with a triangular shape
Paint (Black or any dark colour)
Step 1: Step One Get Your Mask and Make Holes
Make Holes in the places I have highlighted
Step 2: Step 2: Paint It Black and Add Your Lights
Paint Your Mask Black and Wrap Your Lights Through The Holes. If You Do It Right It should Look Like This
You will also probably need some batteries for the el wire
